Dūrgā Invincible Mother
Durga is depicted as a radiant woman with multiple arms, each holding a weapon gifted by various gods to aid her in battle. She rides a tiger, symbolizing her strength, fearlessness, and power to overcome obstacles.
She is revered as a symbol of courage and compassion and represents the Universal Mother in her protective role. At a deeper level, fiery Durga is the awakened Kundalini, controlled by the power of tapas, or self-discipline, transforming it into a force of splendor and majesty.

Ambajī Mother of the Universe
Amba means mother, and is a popular name of Goddess Durga.
Goddess Ambaji is one of the most revered and ancient forms of Shakti. She is seen as a guardian deity, a maternal figure who can be both nurturing and fierce. Her primary temple in Gujarat is considered one of the 51 Shakti Peethas, each one representing a place where a part of Goddess Sati’s body fell following her self-immolation. Ambaji temple marks the spot where her heart landed, and instead of housing an idol, she is represented by a yantra that is worshipped as the symbolic manifestation of her divine presence.
